ADVANCED COIL, LLC. LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR WELDED COIL PRODUCTS
Advanced Coil warrants to the purchaser that coil products supplied to them by Advanced Coil shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 months on standard stainless steel tube or carbon steel tube coils, with a MAWP of 250 psig at 450˚F, from the date of shipment. This warranty does not include unitary products such as unit heaters or HVAC equipment. Advanced Coil makes no other representations or warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover equipment damage caused by improper installation or operation of the equipment including, but not limited to, internal or external corrosion or metal fatigue. This warranty does not cover coatings or finishes applied to coil(s), which if available, would be provided by the supplier of the coating or finishes.
The remedy for warranty claims whether caused by negligence or any other reason, shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the equipment. Advanced Coil shall, at its sole discretion, determine if the product(s) can be repaired or need to be replaced. Equipment must be returned to Advanced Coil in Owatonna, Minnesota for inspection before resolution of warranty claims can be determined. All costs to remove, replace, crate and ship the coil is the responsibility of the user. Advanced Coil may, at its option, refund to the purchaser the purchase price of the equipment to satisfy the terms of the warranty in its entirety. In no event shall Advanced Coil be liable for direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to interruption of business, loss of profits, loss of product or any other losses.
