Advanced Coil knows that environmental factors in meat processing facilities can cause coil plugging and corrosion. These factors lead to coils requiring frequent cleaning, and typical coils used for meat processing applications weaken under frequent high-pressure cleanings. Their paper thin fins do not stand the test of time, causing the coils to collapse, break, and need to be replaced. Luckily, Advanced Coil has a solution!

We have specifically designed heavy-duty fins are made from ‘half-hard’ Aluminum or Copper in thicknesses of 0.016”, 0.025”, 0.035” and 0.040”. Fins made from either 304 or 316 Stainless steel are available in thicknesses of 0.010”, 0.015” and 0.020”. We use 7/8” diameter tubing made from either 304LSS, 316LSS or Carbon steel with wall thicknesses of 0.049″, 0.083” of 0.109”. The wide fin spacing design prevents plugging, while the heavy-duty structure allows the fin to handle high-pressure and high-temperature cleanings.
