ASME Certified Replacement Steam Coils
The engineers at Advanced Coil have over 75+ years of experience in the industrial heat exchanger business and can provide the insight and knowledge needed to provide replacement coils for any application or installation.
We will work with you to reverse engineer a direct replacement of a stand-alone coil or a coil that is integral to a piece of processing equipment. Often, customers look to ACT to provide upgraded coils (i.e. increased strength or higher capacity) to replace the light industrial or commercial coils provided by the OEM manufacturer.
ASME Certified Coils
If your application or industry requires ASME certification then we have you covered. Any of our coil designs or our housings can be designed, fabricated and stamped certifying that they conform to ASME Section VIII, Division I. Also, when requested, all of our offerings can be National Board registered or CRN registered.
Legacy Designs
What do you do when you have a failed coil that was provided by a company that is no longer in business or that does not service that product line anymore? The engineers at Advanced Coil have over 75+ years of experience in the industrial heat exchanger business and can provide the insight and knowledge needed to design a replacement coil for an older application or installation. We can work with you to design a direct drop-in replacement or an upgraded (i.e. higher capacity or increased strength) replacement coil.
