The chemical industry is growing quickly and the production process, including chemical heating and cooling, is complex. For these reasons, chemical processing facilities need reliable heat exchangers that can withstand harsh environmental factors such as corrosion and high-pressure cleanings. Typical coils used for chemical processing applications weaken under frequent high-pressure cleanings, which is why Advanced Coil has created heavy-duty, wide-finned coils suitable for chemical dryers and ovens.

We have specifically designed heavy-duty fins made from ‘half-hard’ Aluminum or Copper in thicknesses of 0.016”, 0.025”, 0.035” and 0.040”. Fins made from either 304 or 316 Stainless steel are available in thicknesses of 0.010”, 0.015” and 0.020”. We use 7/8” diameter tubing made from either 304LSS, 316LSS or Carbon steel with wall thicknesses of 0.049″, 0.083” of 0.109”.
