Advanced Coil knows that coils in the Utilities Industry face a harsh, nonstop environment. Conventional heat exchangers used in utility plants have thin fins that weaken under intense environmental factors, plug from particulate in the air, and collapse after frequent pressure washing. For these reasons, Advanced Coil has created heavy-duty, wide-finned coils suitable for corrosive processes and high-pressure cleanings, leaving you with reliable coils that withstand the test of time.
We have specifically designed heavy-duty fins are made from ‘half-hard’ Aluminum or Copper in thicknesses of 0.016”, 0.025”, 0.035” and 0.040”. Fins made from either 304 or 316 Stainless steel are available in thicknesses of 0.010”, 0.015” and 0.020”. We use 7/8” diameter tubing made from either 304LSS, 316LSS or Carbon steel with wall thicknesses of 0.049″, 0.083” of 0.109”.
